Chef Roberto’s menu starts with the flavours of Italian tradition and brings them into the tropical setting of Koh Phangan. Pasta, ravioli, gnocchi, pizza, main courses and seafood specialties are prepared with fresh, carefully selected ingredients.

Around 100 m from Haad Rin Sunrise Beach, Vertigo offers an air-conditioned indoor dining room with bar as well as an open-air area. It is convenient whether you are coming from lively Sunrise Beach or the quieter Sunset Beach.

Dining at Vertigo Resto Bar under the vision of Chef Roberto wasn't just a meal — it was a masterclass in authentic Italian gastronomy. From the moment we sat down, we felt instantly transported from Thailand straight on a culinary journey through Italy.
The relentless commitment to fresh, high-caliber ingredients shone through every single dish:
The Starters & Pizzas: The fish tartar ceviche and burrata salad were spectacularly fresh, but the absolute showstopper was the incredible tuna dish — an absolute must-order! We also had a Margherita pizza that felt like it landed straight from Rome — perfection in every bite. All accompanied by a dreamy, freshly baked focaccia.
The Pasta: Truly artisanal. You could feel that every strand was freshly hand-rolled, seamlessly coated in rich, robust, and beautifully balanced sauces.
The Mains: Absolute perfection. The Angus steak was executed with flawless precision, while the duck breast was easily the single finest, most tender duck dish I have ever tasted anywhere in the world.
The Desserts: A sweet finale to remember! The crème brûlée and Nutella pizza were decadent perfection, leaving the kids completely thrilled.
Beyond the culinary brilliance, what truly sets Vertigo apart is the soul of the place. The warm, heartfelt hospitality from the host and the entire team made us feel like family, capped off perfectly with a complimentary glass of exquisite Limoncello.
